Ventera Awarded Five-Year Contract with DHS S&T

Ventera is excited to announce we have been awarded a five-year follow-on contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate for development and maintenance of the S&T Analytical Tracking System (STATS).

STATS is a web-based system supporting financial and acquisition tracking information. In conjunction with DHS, Ventera developed STATS to replace several old legacy systems with an integrated, modernized solution to improve business results. The first major release of STATS was implemented in less than one year followed by the expansion to nine major modules including project/program financial management, multi-year budget planning, tracking of credit card purchases, integrated staff management, reporting, and functional dashboards.

STATS provides a single point of data entry, increased data integrity, expanded functionality, and improved usability through a human-centered design approach to the project. The system ensures transparency of S&T data to congress and other interested parties to receive accurate reports, timely responses to questions, and requests for information.

Under the new contract, Ventera will continue development of STATS with full lifecycle software development and operations and maintenance (O&M) using Agile methods.

“We are thrilled to be continuing our work with S&T on STATS,” said Ventera EVP of Government Services Jeff Smith. “We look forward to another five years where we can help S&T enhance their mission”.
