Ventera’s successful college recruiting program welcomes new grads into our ranks each year as business analysts, UX/UI designers or researchers, and engineers of all types.
We attend multiple college career fairs each fall to meet potential candidates for these roles. Junior consultants are recruited for active client projects and are provided with on the job training.
We have been actively recruiting from universities for over 20 years and many of those individuals are still with Ventera.
Ventera’s hands-on internship program offers driven students the chance to work alongside our expert consultants and gain valuable real-world experience within the IT industry.
Our 10-week program provides students with the opportunity to gain practical work experience within roles such as business analyst, engineer, and UX/UI designer or researcher.
During the internship, students will be exposed to project methodologies and technologies, attend internal training related to management and IT consulting, and gain hands-on experience through an intern project working alongside his/her peers.
