What is a skill you developed?

I learned to read code others have written and build upon it.

What is your favorite memory?

When the IT department issued an HTTPS certificate for our app, it caused several issues. Within a couple hours, including some research, I was able to resolve all of those issues myself. I was very excited and proud to make practical use of my knowledge of networking and GNU/Linux administration.

What is your #1 takeaway?

On any development team, each member will have different skills, experience, and ideas for how to take the project forward. Organizing one requires both dedication and a willingness to compromise.
