The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has established STRATUS as its cloud acquisition vehicle to address the challenges of the current environment. As a cloud acquisition vehicle, STRATUS is aligned with the USDA and Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC) IT governance model, emerging cloud operating models, and vision for a true Digital Enterprise.
