The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded Ventera’s Design Team the highest Human-Centered Design (HCD) maturity level rating a vendor-partner has ever received, for their efforts.
The HCD Maturity Model measures continuous improvement at the product team level, is scalable to the enterprise, and evaluates HCD adoption across the following principles: scope, strategy, research, design, staffing, and measurement. HCD adoption falls within one of five stages: interested (lowest), invested, committed, engaged, and embedded (highest).
