Ventera Receives Circle of Community Investors Award

For the second straight year, Ventera Corporation was honored with the Circle of Community Investors Award at the Greater Washington Business Philanthropy Summit. The recipients of the award are determined by percentage of gross revenue donated to philanthropic organizations in the greater DC metro region.

Ventera was recognized for its volunteer hours, in-kind giving, and donations to local organizations such as the Fannie Mae Foundation, The Neediest Kids, Volunteer Fairfax, Relief Interactive (REACT), and the E-Biz Battle, which showcased the business ideas of local high school students. The Circle of Community Investors Award is given jointly by the Washington Business Journal and by Greater DC Cares, the area's largest volunteer services organization.
