Ventera's CEO Robert Acosta Provides the Journal With His Lessons Learned

Three area executives, including Ventera's Robert Acosta, were asked to provide their insight to a question posed by the Washington Business Journal. The Journal asked the CEOs: "What would you say to a son or daughter who was determined to follow in your footsteps?"

Robert responded by saying: "Start your own company if you have a vision and the drive to make it happen. Anticipate highs and lows and stick with it. Surround yourself with top performers and be passionate about serving your customers. Understand how to use technology to your advantage. Admit mistakes. Balance work and life. Have fun... and do it all near a beach."
