Benefits
Ventera offers benefits that reward our employees and enable them to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We offer the following benefits to all employees: Health Insurance
Ventera covers 100% of the premium cost for individual or family
health insurance coverage through Guardian’s Preferred Provider Organization (PPO)
Plan. Ventera also covers the premiums for individual or
family Dental and Vision coverage through Guardian. All Ventera
employees are eligible for coverage upon the first day of
working at Ventera.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
Ventera provides short-term and long-term disability insurance
through Guardian on the first day of hire with no expense to the
individual. Our policy offers short-term disability at 60% of your
weekly pre-disability earnings. Up to 65 years of age, long-term
disability commences after 90 days of total disability, with
scheduled benefits of 60% of your base salary, to a maximum of
$6,000 per month. All Ventera employees are eligible for
coverage upon the first day of working at Ventera.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment
Ventera provides life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment
plans through Guardian on the first day of hire with no expense to the
individual. Each plan offers the employee 1 times annual salary, up to
$150,000 per year. All Ventera employees are eligible for coverage upon
the first day of working at Ventera.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Ventera employees have the option of investing pretax income in a 401(k)
account sponsored by Ventera through John Hancock. Plan options include a
selection of more than 50 mutual funds covering virtually every investing
objective and style. Ventera matches 25% of employee contributions
up to $8,000 a year.
Bonus Plan
Ventera employees are eligible to receive semi-annual
bonuses based on Ventera's profitability and employee performance.
Paid Time Off
Full-time employees receive a five week combined holiday and
vacation package per year. This allows individuals maximum flexibility in
planning vacations and the ability to observe the holidays of their choice.
Ventera employees receive six weeks of paid time off after four years with the company.
Unlimited Sick Leave
Ventera grants unlimited sick leave in order to promote a healthy
working environment for all employees.
Parental Leave
Ventera grants all parents, biological or adoptive, five days paid leave to be used within the first year a child enters their lives. Individuals that give birth to a child are covered by our short-term disability policy.
Laptop and Cellular Phone
We consider our people to be part of a mobile workforce that needs
to stay in close contact. Ventera issues every employee a laptop
to assist in required on- and off-site versatility and independence.
Our cellular phone policy allows each individual to choose a
provider of his or her choice. Ventera reimburses the employee a
predefined amount for phone usage.
Business Casual Attire
Instituting a business casual dress code allows our people a comfortable and
creative atmosphere. Unrestrictive attire encourages our consultants to
work in comfort while maintaining a standard of professionalism in
the office and at clients' sites. We believe that when our employees
are comfortable and happy in their work environment they will work
more efficiently, effectively, and creatively. |
