Customer Challenge:

AT&T’s business processes and support tools needed to be upgraded in order to accomplish aggressive goals on time and on budget. The company had invested billions of dollars in network expansions and upgrades year over year. In addition, AT&T required flexible platforms for its dynamically changing business model, while operating in an extremely competitive environment.

What we did:

Ventera led a project team that was responsible for the assessment, selection and implementation of an enterprise class project management solution powered by Meridian’s Proliance Software Suite. This system will take AT&T from a fragmented set of tools to a single solution consolidating project management, cost management, reporting, change control and scheduling features. As a multi-year engagement, Ventera provided services covering the entire SDLC, including requirements gathering, business case justification, implementation, training, testing, etc. The end result is a foundation tool that will allow AT&T to meet network quality goals and maintain their market leadership position.
